As a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) construction association, Central California and Golden Gate Chapters, we are a Merit-Shop Electrical & Instrumentation Contractor and utilize the training resources of the ABC to train and develop our staff. The ABC curriculum creates enthusiasm for learning and provides an excellent foundation for our employees to build upon.

All of our electrical trainees participate in ABC's training program. In addition, our skilled craftsmen are encouraged to further their skill set through advanced training opportunities provided by our company

ESI is compliant with the requirements of the State of California Electrician Certification Program. In addition, over the course of a year, ESI offers an extensive list of optional training opportunities to its employees.
